Brewed to commemorate our 500^th batch at 51^st. A blend of 7 hops and a healthy dose of dry hops late in fermentation make this one hoppy beer. Lucky 7 has a strong citrus nose followed by smooth bitterness. If you’re a fan of Northwest-style IPA’s then this is the beer for you. With 77 IBUs this beer was born to be “Lucky.”

Alright, hop nerds. Here’s our latest single hop beer- with a little something for all you that like both kinds of music- Country and Western. Gayle was brewed exclusively with Crystal hops. This low bitterness hops similar to Mt. Hood and Liberty varieties. These pungent, Oregon-grown hops are used primarily for their aroma qualities.
