As many of you know, Pacific Pie Co. has been making savory pies using our beer for the past year. Until now, you’ve had to go to the farmers markets to get those pies- not such a bad thing really. Well this just came in from Sarah at the Pie Co.
wanted to give you a heads up that our shop opens *today!* (actually in like 10 minutes!) the beef & stout with laurelwood space stout is on the menu this week…wondering if you could blog/tweet/generally get the word out for us?? would truly appreciate it.
here are the details:

This creamy dark ale has been designed to be smooth and luscious. The addition of flaked oats and roasted barley gives this beer a silk like palette. With a roasted flavor up front, a hint of chocolate in the middle and a dry and crisp finish, this beer has an abundance of flavor. To complete this dark masterpiece we are serving the Oatmeal Stout on nitro making it creamy and easy to drink. Try one for yourself and take your palette to heaven for the New Year.

A favorite with hopheads. After a years vacation the Boss is back for a limited time at the Laurelwood Pizza Co. location. The Boss IPA beautifully balances a strong hop presence with a light malt background. This beer is rich golden in color. Loads of fresh hops in the kettle and in the hop back give this beer a classic citrusy, Northwest hop character. The floral aroma is of fresh Cascade hops.
