Bay Laurel Ale

One of the more unique beers we’ve created, this ale was made with 6 different malts including, barley, rye and wheat. We added 4 varieties of hops to this pale ale in addition to a dose of fresh Bay Laurel leaves in the fermenter and conditioning tank. The result is a balanced pale ale with the pleasing aroma of fresh bay leaves- quite distinct from the dried version.

OG 13 Plato    /    40 IBUs   /   5.7%  ABV
