<h3>One of the more unique beers we&#8217;ve created, this ale was made with 6 different malts including, barley, rye and wheat. We added 4 varieties of hops to this pale ale in addition to a dose of fresh Bay Laurel leaves in the fermenter and conditioning tank. The result is a balanced pale ale with the pleasing aroma of fresh bay leaves- quite distinct from the dried version.</h3>

<p><strong>Okey Fanokey&nbsp; &nbsp;</strong>(Oaked Bock)</p>
<p>You&#8217;ve probably had oak-aged beer before, but you ain&#8217;t never tasted nothing like this. Okey started out as your typical German-style bock, imported malt, imported yeast, lagered for nearly two months. Then we took part of that beer and aged it in used American oak barrels, previously used to age bourbon. We aged the rest on new Oregon-oak to create an undeniably-oakey beer.<strong><br />6.45% ABV&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; 12 IBUs&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp; O.G. 16.5 º Plato</strong></p>
