Workhorse IPA

Workhorse, our biggest seller in the pubs, is an extremely well balanced and super flavorful IPA brewed in the West Coast style. The over-the-top hop aroma comes from the heavy-handed dose of hops in the kettle, hop back and multiple dry hop additions. A slightly sweet finish helps to balance the hop bitterness and creates and ale that is big on flavor yet remains highly drinkable.

Free Range Red Ale

Our North West twist on a classic amber ale. With slightly more bitterness and hop aroma to balance out the Strong Malt backbone.  One of laurelwoods longest year round brew it is a classic recipe that helps show off our house yeast.

Lost in Happy Mountain Saison

Our second installment in our collaboration series with Happy Mountain Kombucha lead us to a lighter, more sessionable ale, perfect for late Winter/Spring time. Soft malt qualities from the Pilsner malt compliment the spicy/fruity profile the yeast gives off. After blending with the the kombucha, the beer took on a slight peppery, sage-like character, along with obviously … lavender!

Chocolate Espresso Stout

The deep rich flavors found in our stout pair effortlessly to the flavor notes found in chocolate and espresso. Coffee, chocolate, and dark roasted malt aromas dominate the flavor in this beer.

Crossroads Pale Ale

A new twist in our ever-changing pale series! We typically use classic hops to dry hop our pale ales, but this time we decided to use a new variety that hasn’t even been named yet. Known for it’s unique, sweet flavor, you’ll notice notes of strawberries and cream, a small hint of orange, and a bit of vanilla!

Cold Wave IPA

In collaboration with our neighbors, Culmination Brewing Co., we decided to take a crack at a “cold IPA”. This IPA is unique in the fact that it was fermented with a lager yeast and at a colder temperature. Don’t let that fool you though, because the insane amount of hops we threw into it will keep all the hop-heads on their toes! 5 lbs per barrel, to be exact. In an age of hazy, thick IPA’s, we decided to make something just as hoppy and dank without filling your stomach up on one pint!

Textin' Ex's Imperial IPA

Let’s face it, we’ve all been there: sitting alone at the bar, sipping on a boozy beer with the intention of clearing your head and making the day better … but the next thing you know, you’re texting your ex. You’re telling them how great your life is; you’re “busy”, “popular”, and “successful” … I mean, you BARELY have time to be answering them, even though you texted them first! But hey … you’re right! You’re a smart person, because you sat down and ordered a quintessential Laurelwood Imperial IPA, and where are they? Probably crying over pictures of you at home, wrapped up in tattered snuggie that still smells like you. Enjoy this boozy beer responsibly, and try not to text your Ex!

Finkel IS Einhorn Farmhouse Ale

Collaborating with our old Head Brewer Noah Palmer (now at Zoiglhaus Brewing), we decided to get a little weird and experimental with this beer. Our goal was to create a farmhouse ale that had more ABV, a bit more color, and then dry it out with some funky yeast. This beer is great to drink now, and will only get better with time. We’ve hidden some away to be aged in wine barrels and released later, so don’t cry when it’s gone! This beer is aimed to please beer lovers who want to love sour beers, but don’t like a lot of tartness.

Wood Lager

Not all beer needs to be and intellectually mind blowing experience! This beer is simple and just well, drinkable. With a extra crisp and light malt body and the accent of bright american hops this beer is a easy pick!

Tree Hugger Porter

Tree Hugger Porter is one of Laurelwood’s longest running beers! Brewed since we opened in 2001 Tree Hugger is about as easy-drinking as a Porter gets. It has a dark black color but don’t let that fool you, the light body and wonderful balance of sweet caramel and toffee flavors intertwine with the mild floral, woody hop bitterness and make this beer a great choice when you want something dark without it being too intense. We hope you enjoy one of our favorite beers, cheers!

Disco Brew Deck IPA

This beer was designed to meet three different styles of IPA, and combine them into one. Classic hops that were popular in the early 2000’s went into the boil; the body was kept light and dry, much like brut IPA’s; and finally, this ale was fermented and dry hopped much like those of the “hazy IPA” style. What you get is a well-balanced, refreshing, tropical IPA that you can have more than one of without getting full.
